Phoned up on behalf of my niece who suffers from depression and anxiety to be told why she didn't turn up to have her braces off so I explained. It's been 2 years of course she wants the ugly looking braces off. However she was rude and said why didn't she come 2 years ago as she should of. Explained yet again about her mental health issues. She blatantly said go somewhere else to have hem taken off. Fair enough. Couldn't be any ruder as a secretary. Nice one.
