You can't book appointments in advance and have to call up at 8:30am on the day along with everyone else. Expect to be asked to tell the receptionists all the details of your issue before you can book.
If you want test results they will only give them to you between 11am and 1pm. After that you have to wait until the next day.
The waiting room looks like it is rarely cleaned or maintained. The tannoys announcing you to enter are unintelligible.
In winter they never grit the path, which can be a major danger for the elderly or disabled.
In short, it's about the bare minimum they could get away with calling a surgery.
If you can actually get to see a doctor they will do a great job but every aspect prior to that is just soul-sappingly poor.
