  Sophie Wojtkiw from SVC was a breath of fresh air when it came to Recruitment Consultants. Unlike other Recruitment Consultants who just got me to fill in forms and said they'd be in touch, Sophie spent the best part of 20-30 min during our first meeting getting to know me, finding out about my education and employment background and what I wanted to do/what my personal core values were.
  
  Even before we had concluded our initial meeting Sophie had managed to arrange 6 weeks temporary work for me with a Horticultural company based in Ipswich starting the following week. Once the temporary placement began she visited both myself and the employer each week to make sure everything was going well for both of us. At the end of the 6 weeks (and not in small part to Sophie's recommendation of me) I was awarded a full-time 12 month contract as the Health, Safety, Environment & Facilities Administrator with the Company. This was 12 of the happiest, most satisfying months of my employment history!!!
  
  Whenever I am coming to the end of a contract and looking for the next opportunity Sophie is now always my first port of call. Cannot recommend her highly enough...!!!
